The menus at our Cape Cod restaurant are constantly evolving, to present the finest locally sourced and sustainable ingredients.

Executive Pastry Chef
Pastry Chef Christos has come to Chatham Inn directly from Greece. Formally educated in Pastry at Ecole Ritz Escoffier Paris, his impressive career has spanned multiple 5-Star hotels and Michelin Star restaurants in Europe. Most recently, Chef Christos was the Executive Pastry Chef at Nammos in Mykonos, Greece, and Nammos Courchevel 1850 Restaurant in Courchevel, France.
